Sometimes you just have to take a day away from painting. Especially at Christmas time. Today was time to bake lemon bars for a couple of special gatherings with friends.
My purpose for this blog is to post my artistic journey. The peaks and valleys of trying to improve at drawing, watercolor and as an oil painter.
I find sketching to help me during the winter months or when the weather is difficult.
Recently I put together a little satchel of watercolor supplies and a couple of beloved fountain pens. It’s light and I can take it with me wherever I go.
